The U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has announced 2030 as the deadline for the deprecation of popular asymmetric encryption algorithms RSA and ECC. This announcement will have a significant impact on the global digital economy and organizations will need to start their Post-Quantum (PQ) migration now if they hope to meet the deadline.
